Golden Spikes offers individual and group baseball or softball batting instruction at the Orangetown Batting Cage and the Xtra Effort Sports Training Center in Armonk. Lessons are tailored to the individual receiving the instruction and may consist of tee work, soft-toss, swing mechanics, and sessions in the batting cage. Lessons run approximately 45 minutes.
