Golden Spikes offers hitting clinics on Fridays from 6pm to 8pm at the Xtra Effort Sports Training Facility in Armonk. Clinics are open to boys and girls ages 7 through 18.

Baseball/Softball Hitting Clinic will cover every aspect of the skill of hitting. We will focus on a different fundamental part of the swing including balance, tracking, timing, pitch recognition, zone hitting and situational hitting.

For a short time at the conclusion of the clinic, coaches will be on hand to offer help to batters and answer questions. In addition, limited time discounts at the facility will be available to participants.
